rebate your Prepaid Flat Fee, payable at Close-Of-Escrow
(COE), which requires a standard (this means a traditional
regular commission non-flatfee realtor) Realtor® referral
agreement which freeMLSlisting.com may prepare and needs
to be signed by the more 'traditional' Broker of your choice,
and acceptable to all parties, including us.
- If you switch to a more 'traditional' type of state licensed
Realtor®, your current listing broker must cancel the
listing as only one MLS Listing is permitted by Local Association
MLS Rules. In addition, seller(s) must locate and decide
which new agent/broker they wish to employ, and then hire
the traditional Realtor® and also have she/he agree
to our Realtor® Referral, and its terms. Seller(s) are
also responsible to get their flat-fee agent to agree to
cancel the MLS Listing before the Realtor® Referral
may be finalized and go into effect.
Providing you meet all above outlined requirements, you will
receive your flat fee rebate upon the successful sale &
close-of-escrow of your property, which involved the new Realtor.
The Realtor®' Referral mandates you cancelled and changed
Realtors® prior to the time of receiving an acceptable
(to you) sales contract. Of course, this limited guarantee
